Terms of Service

Welcome to RawMe. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the RawMe mobile application ("App") operated by RawMe ("we," "our," or "us").

By downloading, installing, or using RawMe, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

1. Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to use RawMe. By using this App, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age. If you are under 18, you are not permitted to use this App under any circumstances.

2. Account Registration

To use certain features of the App, you may need to create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

3. User Content

You retain ownership of the photos and content you create using RawMe. By sharing content through the App, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content within the App's community features.

You are solely responsible for the content you create and share. You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to share such content.

4. Prohibited Content and Conduct

You agree NOT to use RawMe to create, upload, share, or distribute:

• Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM): Any content depicting minors in sexual situations is strictly prohibited and will be reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and appropriate law enforcement agencies.
• Sexual Exploitation: Content that sexually exploits or endangers anyone, including non-consensual intimate images.
• Violence and Threats: Content that promotes, glorifies, or incites violence, terrorism, or physical harm against individuals or groups.
• Hate Speech: Content that promotes hatred, discrimination, or violence based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics.
• Harassment and Bullying: Content intended to harass, intimidate, or bully other users.
• Illegal Activities: Content that promotes or facilitates illegal activities, including drug use, fraud, or other criminal conduct.
• Self-Harm: Content that promotes or glorifies self-harm or suicide.
• Spam and Deception: Misleading content, spam, or attempts to deceive other users.
• Intellectual Property Violations: Content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others.

5. Reporting Violations

If you encounter content that violates these Terms, please report it immediately using the in-app reporting feature or by contacting us at support@rawme.com. We take all reports seriously and will investigate promptly.

6. In-App Purchases

RawMe offers in-app purchases for virtual currency ("Film") that can be used within the App. By making a purchase, you agree to:

• All purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law
• Virtual currency has no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash
• We reserve the right to modify pricing and availability of virtual items
• Unused virtual currency may expire or be forfeited if your account is terminated for violations

7. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, features, and content (excluding user-generated content), is owned by RawMe and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App without our prior written consent.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms
• Engaging in prohibited conduct
• Creating risk or legal exposure for us
• Extended periods of inactivity

Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease, and any unused virtual currency will be forfeited.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RAWME SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APP.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RawMe and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms in the App or on our website. Your continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which RawMe operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
